Job Description
Join our team as an Industrial Engineer, where you will lead others and provide innovative solutions to complex issues related to industrialization deliverables on new programs as part of the Integrated Program Team (IPT). You will contribute technically to both the design and industrialization teams to develop optimal production processes for each product type, maintain and report status, and communicate performance regularly.
ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate with team members to provide solutions for industrialization deliverables on new programs.Contribute technical expertise to design and industrialization teams to optimize production processes.Develop, maintain, and report on project status and performance.Engage with manufacturing engineers and supply chain groups to facilitate efficient production processes.Coordinate with relevant teams to develop work instructions and conduct First Article Inspections (FAI).Utilize project management skills such as Gantt charts and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in project management or industrial engineering.Strong background in industrial engineering, process improvement, and project engineering.Technical expertise in electro-mechanical assemblies and structures.Proficient in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and capable of providing constructive feedback.Familiarity with continuous improvement and process engineering techniques.Ability to create and interpret value stream maps.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with manufacturing engineers and supply chain teams.Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Gantt charts and risk assessments.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
