 What You will Do:

Performs cycle time and takt time analysis.Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing.Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings. Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control. 

Work Experience

How You Will Get Here:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) 1-3 years of prior relevant experienceProficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and industrial software.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $70,000

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CTYou must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of work, the only travel required is commuting daily to the work location
