We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our manufacturing plant in Indjija, producing seat heaters, steering wheel heaters, seat occupancy sensors, electronics and wire-harnesses.

 

Responsibilities:

Specify and/or design new equipment, machines and tools. Define technical requirements for new equipment. Order machines according to technical specifications. Write general work instructions for the commissioning and maintenance of machines. Performs the implementation of new machines in the production process. Maintain equipment and train operators. Solves production problems through the assigned projects and supports serial production process.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably: Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation). Good level of English & Serbian. Nice to have industrialization experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
