Reports to: Senior Industrial / Plant Engineer

Role Purpose:

Support the Industrial Engineering team in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. Contribute to plant performance, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve production systems and support I4.0 initiatives
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
• Support engineering process changes and innovation projects
• Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with IATF standards and safety policies
• Contribute to quality audits, 5S, and training initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with 2D/3D design and engineering data analysis
• Hands-on mindset and drive for continuous improvement
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
