Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving motors, control panels, wiring, lighting, and PLCs.
Perform regular inspections to ensure electrical systems meet safety and operational standards.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to support manufacturing operations.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and other safety protocols.
Maintain records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Support electrical upgrades and improvement projects as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Experience working in the wire/cable, electrical, or heavy manufacturing industries.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting or programming.
Electrical license or certification is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required.

3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial practices.
Experience with conduit bending, motor controls, VFDs, and control wiring.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment with minimal supervision.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Comfortable working around heavy machinery and in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
