What You'll Do as an Industrial Cleaner:

Safely access and work inside airhouses, potentially in tight spaces.Change air filters following established procedures.Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and surfaces within the airhouses.Remove debris, dust, and contaminants that may obstruct airflow or damage the airhouse interior.Inspect airhouses for any signs of wear, tear, leaks, or mold, and report any issues to the designated personnel.Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and restocked.Follow safety protocols and procedures for working in confined spaces and with cleaning chemicals.May be required to perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned, including cleaning other areas of the facility.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Experience in industrial, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred; willing to train motivated individuals.Physically able to handle demanding work: This includes frequently lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., navigating tight spaces, ascending 65 steps, and enduring a non-climate-controlled and potentially dirty environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.Proficient in following directions and managing time to complete tasks efficiently.
