Overview This role is located in Plano, TX. Candidate is expected to be hybrid in office 3 days per week. Relocation is not offered. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for the IT and BPO category (total spend Sr. Manager is accountable for is approximately $100MM). As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, meet the need of tomorrow, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for the IT and BPO category (total spend Sr. Manager is accountable for is approximately $100MM) that continually improve quality, cost, and service across all PepsiCo business operations. Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements. Track record of successfully sourcing with a variety of suppliers (e.g., IBM, SAP, PWC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec) Lead cross-divisional business teams including Global and Divisional IT teams, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of strategies, contract negotiations, and project planning. Achieve annual productivity targets within the Global Procurement productivity framework. Proactively manage the category by tracking spend by vendor; and developing preferred supplier analysis, with a goal of optimizing the number of suppliers while maximizing year over year savings. Work with PepsiCo and industry specialists leading RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bids, maintenance renewals, and miscellaneous projects. Lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements. Drive process efficiencies and eliminate waste. Ensure use of PepsiCo’s policies as well as terms and conditions to ensure best in class economics and minimized risk. Manage supplier performance against key metrics to drive continuous improvement. Research and implement industry best practices. Encourage use of MWBE suppliers by stakeholders whenever possible; enlist suppliers for second tier spend reporting. Success in role can lead to various other positions across the global Procurement function. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field is required. 8-10 years’ work experience in Procurement, Finance, or IT, with a history of success in a breadth of prior challenging experiences Ideally, experience with procurement of IT services, Enterprise software tools and Hardware/Telecom Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills. Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills. Won’t compromise values to get results. Eager to embrace and lead change, ability to manage in PepsiCo’s ambiguous matrixed environment. Comfortable with and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders, across global markets.
