To learn more please visit http://www.convatecgroup.com **About the role** As an Indirect Purchasing Team Leader in our Global Business Services Centre in Lisbon, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving compliance and setting the standard for accuracy and governance. In this role, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders such as the Global Procurement, Business Stakeholders, suppliers and Finance Department across the business including our GBS teams in Kuala Lumpur and Bogota, CoE’s as well as our Corporate, Commercial and Market teams. **Your key duties & responsibilities:** • Be part of the decision making process related to indirect purchasing and procurement procedures. • Support the development and maintenance of Catalogues, in line with supplier contracts • Complete Understanding the E2E purchase process (requisitions, PO´s, Invoice reconciliations, contracts) and promote simplification and improvements • Monitor and Promote Global controls for Vendor Changes (e.g. – bank account verification) Compliance to company´s policies and procedures • Promote Purchasing Best practices to Internal Stakeholders • Promote and monitor that new vendor requests are accurate and are challenged in line with the PSL • Ensure Customer Satisfaction (KPI/survey) • Support Indirect Purchasing team in achieving goals, promoting best practices and manage day-today operations. **About you** **Skills & Experience:** + Problem Solving Mindset + Teamwork & Communication + Knowledge of Purchasing and Catalogue Maintenance (not mandatory) + Leadership (1-2 years) **Qualifications/Education** + Finance/Business Administration Qualification is preferred + SAP Experience 4-5 years + Previous Experience in SSC (not mandatory) + Excel Advanced Knowledge + Fluent Portuguese and English – Additional Languages can be a plus + Purchasing Practices Knowledge and End-to-End Process Awareness related to PTP (1-2 years) + Data Analysis Skills **Principal Contacts** **Internal** : GBS Teams, Business Units teams, Corporate, PR creators **External** : Vendors, auditors, other external stakeholders **Travel Requirements** Position may involve travel 5-10% of the time, but overseas travel can be also expected.
