We are seeking for an Indirect Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Global Business Services team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Assist requestors with Shopping Cart (SC) creation and ensure accuracy in the process.Sourcing – Obtain quote(s) based on requirements provided by End User or assistance with determining Preferred suppliersWork in Conjunction with SMO Procurement & SCM teams to assure Preferred suppliers are utilized when possible & correct Purchasing process is followedReceive and evaluate vendor offers, negotiating to achieve the most competitive pricing/pay terms under SCM thresholdVendor Setup (when necessary) – Initiate Supplier Setup, extension, and changes in GMDM – supplier portal - as necessaryMonitor and track PO and delivery status, ensuring timely updates and expedite when necessaryInvoice Review & Discrepancy Handling – Review invoices in NextGen prior to routing to End User. MRBR/GRIR clearing assistance - Provide guidance and resolve issues related to Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and vendor Invoice payments.Maintain and share reporting with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Experience, Skills and Capabilities
At least 2 years of experience in similar rolesBackground in indirect materials, services, or both. Relevant categories include MRP, PPE, logistics, small services (e.g., legal, accounting), IT (hardware, software, peripherals), and travel or mobility services (e.g., fleet management, car rentals). Experience in more than 3 subcategories will be a plus.SAP: Experience with Material Management transactions is required for the role.Advance level of English is a must
