For additional information, visit our company homepage Rotech.com Overview and Responsibilities Summary The Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, negotiation, and management of contracts for indirect goods and services that support the company’s operations, including facilities, IT, professional services, marketing, and administrative supplies. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance standards, supporting the delivery of respiratory therapies, wound care, and diabetes solutions to patients in their homes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories to optimize cost, quality, and service. Manage supplier relationships and performance, including contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Clinical Ops) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Lead RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection processes for indirect spend categories. Track and report on procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier performance metrics. Support budgeting and forecasting efforts related to indirect spend. Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage contract terms and risk mitigation. Performs other duties as required Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or CPM/CPSM certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and vendor risk management is a plus. Experience working in a home healthcare or medical device environment preferred. Familiarity with sourcing for clinical services, IT infrastructure, and patient support programs preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization preferred.
