Indirect Procurement Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Indirect Procurement Analyst supports the Indirect Procurement team by delivering actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. This role partners closely with category and commodity managers to fulfill analytics and data requests, enabling strategic sourcing decisions. Additionally, the analyst plays a key role in the creation, deployment, and maintenance of digital adoption tools using WalkMe over internal systems, enhancing user experience and driving digital process adoption.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with category and commodity managers to gather requirements and deliver procurement-related data analyses, dashboards, and reports.Translate business needs into functional data models and visualizations to support sourcing strategies and supplier performance evaluations.Maintain and enhance the WalkMe digital adoption platform to support user navigation and training within Coupa.Develop and update WalkMe workflows, tooltips, and smart tips to improve user engagement and system utilization.Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes through automation, analytics, and digital tools.Support the development and maintenance of procurement KPIs and metrics dashboards.Assist in the implementation of new procurement tools or enhancements to existing systems.Document processes, data flows, and digital adoption content to ensure consistency and scalability.Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement systems and digital tools.Ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Stay current with procurement technology trends and best practices in digital adoption and analytics.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.Familiarity with procurement processes and indirect spend categories.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and user experience.Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.2–5 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain, or a related role.Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms preferred.Experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption platforms is a strong plus.
