Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.90 - $24.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to resolve indirect dealer related inquires and issues, and communicate information to the dealer, manage workflow from the line of business to other departments and assist with ongoing dealer monitoring.
Essential Functions
Resolve all dealer requests, inquiries and issues related to contract funding dealer reserves, or escalate to the appropriate channels as necessary
Review daily pending queue and remind dealers of missing stipulations
Perform welcome calls to new dealers
Communicate changes to dealer information to appropriate groups
Assist in maintaining and updating dealer rating system
Organize and prepare new dealer set up packages and prepare for review
Support, collaborate, and maintain supply inventory for Account Executives and Dealers
Serve as back-up for incoming credit calls and communicate issues to that department
Maintain accurate filing of dealer package documents
Administer programs through internal software
Prepare and distribute department weekly and monthly reports
Update department rate sheets as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of indirect lending, including buy rate, customer rate and dealer services
Basic knowledge of systems such as OnDemand, Origenate, Shaw and Business Objects
Ability to maintain a consistent professional approach
Ability to work internally with multiple departments to find solutions to dealer complaints and provide outstanding service
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that aligns with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ year experience in indirect lending, retail banking, or consumer lending required
