- Register SAP coded part numbers required for handling in the MRO Warehouse
- Responsible for the inventory level in the MRO Warehouse, as well as the prevention of obsolete materials.
- Responsible for managing relevant approvals for materials discharged to MRO.
- Evaluate the performance of current and new suppliers in order to maintain a reliable portfolio
- Communicate company policies to suppliers for purchasing purposes (Terms and Conditions, Product Receipt, Invoice Entry, etc.)
- Purchase products and services with the best negotiation strategies.
- Responsible for follow up and communication of requirements with suppliers.
- Responsible for quoting and negotiating with various suppliers for internal and external customer requirements.
- Creation of comparative commercial charts for purchase order generation.
- Optimization and monitoring of current and potential supplier base.
- Generation and implementation of improvement and cost reduction ideas.
- Leading contractual agreements with suppliers and contractors.
- Follow-up and compliance to assigned activities and KPI's.
- Review of results based on established objectives and goals.
