India Senior analyst Corporate Communications

I. Job Summary
This role works with Senior Management in respect to Content Management, Strategic Thinking, Planning, and managing social media handles. 
Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company. Creates and delivers emails, managing Company quarterly townhalls, Onshore WM Senior Delegates, entire Digital media platform, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.

II.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.  

Responsible for implementation and delivery of all companywide internal communication programs and activities for all employees based in India. Provide coordination for all India based internal events, communications, messaging, programmers and employee related activities. Leverage the communication channels to raise awareness and educate staff in India about the future direction of the business and our new vision and strategy globally. Should possess Excellent communication skills. Candidate should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Create company marketing and promotional materials.  Any experience working in American chambers will be an add on.  Should have strong skill set in copy, edit, proofread and revise communications.  Design and solely manage entire email and other marketing campaigns.  Can manage the townhalls and other internal office campaigns.  Develop fresh story ideas and extensive media outreach. Experience of communicating with and working effectively with colleagues globally on initiatives and projects.  Experience in a global and matrix organization preferred.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory duties, but occasionally may act as a team lead. 

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
  
A. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.  Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience in a Corporate Communication or Public Relations (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power BI, etc.
