This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Experience and education:
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a security supervision position that includes Security Operations, Investigations, Local Security regulations, Corporate Security, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator / Supply Chain Security Program), TISAX and Fire Prevention & Protection.
Bachelor degree: Criminal, Industrial Security, or Industrial Engineer.

Job Purpose/Duties:
Oversees SpinCo’s India Security Operations.
Supports security operations to include contract security services, security systems (ACS, CCTV, etc.), security policies & processes, and emergency response activities.
Conducts investigations.
Participates in Executive Protection (EP) activities.
Security risk control and mitigation.
Daily Responsibilities:
Supports, oversees and develops Security team leaders at assigned locations.
Coordinates and conducts assigned investigations.
Coordinates and performs EP logistics and related activities.
Monitors contract security services and supports efforts to control key indicators.
Ensures compliance of security regulations at assigned sites.
Assures adherence to Corporate/Global Security requirements.
Teams up with internal business partners to assure compliance on AEO and TISAX security requirements.
Designs and keeps updated security training programs.
Supports local emergency plan efforts to meet local code requirements.
Coordinates and executes emergency response activities for assigned sites.
Supports internal business partners on the planning of new sites and building upgrades.
Designs, implements and updates security guidelines.
Supports coordination of Aptiv’s loss prevention services provider - AXA XL loss prevention surveys.
Oversee the Travel Security Program for business travelers within India
Deploy technical security systems to improve security performance and ensure a positive bottom-line impact.
Ensure that all business activities are performed in a secure, safe and compliant manner, meeting all applicable internal and external standards and controls
