India R&D Site Lead:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Act as overall R&D site leader for T&M R&D activities at the Bangalore R&D Site. Lead and be accountable for developing and, when necessary, recruiting the Bangalore R&D leadership team of business and technical experts. Lead the preparation of annual and long-term site operating plans. Participate in Test & Measurement Product R&D leadership team to shape the test software product development strategy for the T&M India R&D team. Ensure the continuous supply of trained, qualified personnel to support T&M’s R&D product roadmap execution in Bangalore. Create and champion the T&M Bangalore R&D Site Mission. Analyze, recommend, and implement changes that improve site employee engagement. Advocate and recommend T&M Bangalore R&D Site needs balanced with business constraints. Understand the needs of internal and external customers through frequent contact with them. Provide leadership to ensure that the company grows consistent with the values of Integrity, Safety & Quality, Support Our People, customer focus, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Innovation.  Who You Are: 
You are an effective leader who efficiently directs teams and mentors staff. You excel in managing complexity, optimizing workflows, and driving execution. Your excellent communication skills enable seamless collaboration with collaborators, ensuring adaptive responses to challenges and successful project execution   For This Role, You Will Need: Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Experience: At least 15 years experience in a software product development environment, at least 3 years leading a research and development site in India Required Licenses, Certificates, Registrations: None
