IND Manager - Strategy Planning

Responsibilities + Lead the development of a holistic strategic transformation plan, aligning technology, operations, and functional advancements with long-term business goals. + Support complex business / operational problems solving through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions + Work with leadership to identify transformation opportunities in technology, operations, and corporate functions + Collaborate with global teams effectively in problem solving, solutioning and recommendation development + Manage all aspects of a transformation project, including relationships with various stakeholders + Oversee the execution of strategic / transformation initiatives across Technology, Operations, and other Functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless project management + Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges + Collaboratively work with other team members, within / across teams spread across multiple countries, to develop recommendations, plans, and other materials + Communicate effectively with ABS senior leadership, conveying complex information and progress reports in a clear and concise manner + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed Qualifications: + Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred) + Proven experience (5+ years) in overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm + Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing transformation initiatives + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights + Experience working with global teams + Ability to roll up the sleeves and do the work as needed + Quantitative & qualitative analysis in solving complex organization problems (e.g., operating model design) + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams + Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment HOW WE SUPPORT OUR COLLEAGUES In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
