Role Summary: The candidate will be responsible for providing contract review support across APAC, NA, UK and EMEA regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the legal review, proof reading & redlining of contracts. The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, timely and efficient. Strong English written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Primary Duties: ` · Accurate and timely drafting, redlining and negotiations as well as quality checking of NDAs of multiple jurisdictions and solution lines and other similar contracts. · Regular updating of workflow management tool (Team Connect). · Maintain playbooks, standard operating procedure documents, repository and ensure timely updates and version control. · Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to time. Expectations: · Be sensitive to client deadlines - Effortlessly manage deadlines and competing priorities without delay or compromising on quality. · Adhere to training plans and manuals, process maps and SOPs. · Have good judgment skills pertaining to escalation and raising issues internally and with clients. · Be able to handle sensitive information and support senior level managers or leaders. · Strive to develop self-knowledge and skills. · Have strong interpersonal skills. · Be dependable with strong work ethic. · Be a team player, maintain positive attitude contributing to team morale. Required Skills: · Should have experience in reviewing NDAs and other agreements. · Should be clear on contractual concepts, has good exposure to corporate and commercial laws. · Has Microsoft Office skills: Intermediate to Advanced Word, basic PowerPoint, and Excel. · Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellence in organization and workload management, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assigned tasks with limited oversight. · Must work as a team player and collaborate well with numerous stakeholder groups. 2565915
