As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview We're looking for a dedicated Income Auditor who has the right detail-oriented approach. Must be flexible to work weekends, if necessary. The Income Auditor works closely with Night Audit Manager/Staff, and assists in monitoring and creating internal procedures and controls. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, and has solid communication and computer skills. Your Role: Review the night audit revenue reports to verify their accuracy. Complete the daily revenue report correct & address any discrepancies according to the policies of the property. Assist in the reconciliation of asset/liability accounts that are driven by the night audit revenue reports and any revenue accounts that are directly offset by invoices. Responsible for verifying the accuracy of tips and service charges posted and processed through payroll. Ensure the credit card batches are balanced & submitted on a daily basis. Assist managers with questions they have with revenues in their area. Work directly with Front Office Manager, Reservations & Supervisors as needed to improve or streamline posting processes & accuracy. Deal with customer inquiries and disputes courteously, efficiently and promptly. Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy Qualifications This opening requires basic knowledge of accounting with hotel background preferred, to include: reporting daily income G/L account reconciliations credit card reconciliations tax reporting *Everify employer
