You will be responsible for auditing financial transactions and providing accurate, efficient and excellent guest service through financial support.
About the role
Perform audits of financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Prepare daily revenue reports and summaries for management
Provide front desk support, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager and or Director of Finance Business Partner
About you
At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role, such as Front Office or Accounts, ideally in a hotel
Or a relevant qualification (this could be in accounting or hotel management)
Must be very detail oriented, have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work safely, effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g. Opera) and Check SEM is an advantage
Fluency in English is required
