Incentive Compensation Specialist

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field A minimum of High school/GED. (combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and innovative thinking skills are required Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the business and interface effectively across multiple departments with strong diplomacy skills A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity and self-confidence Attention to detail, strong listening, written and verbal communication skills Personal time management skills and organization A doer: someone who is not averse to rolling up his/her sleeves, lending support, and becoming involved in the details of the business Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast paced, communicative culture Ability to embrace change Able to handle highly confidential information A high level of integrity, strong work ethic, positive energy and a commitment to preserving the company core values and culture Oracle and ADP experience preferred, not required. Callidus experience a plus

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $47,200 to $59,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
