As an Incentive Compensation Management Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the identification and consolidation of the requirements of the sales, finance, and human resources departments to improve the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) applications, translating these requirements into technical specifications, and negotiating the approval for the allocation of global resources to address these requirements through projects with a global impact. You will collaborate with a global team of programmers and analysts to develop the technical solution, test it, and implement it.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Identify Needs of Sales, Finance, and Human Resources Departments Related to ICM Applications Investigate system issues reported by users to determine the type of problem and identify possible solutions. Monitor the progress of implementation projects and inform about possible factors that could impede their completion. Consolidate the application improvement requirements raised by users. Lead and participate in creating functional analyses and developing the necessary specifications for system changes and creating new functionalities addressing user requirements. Present functional analyses to committees that approve the allocation of project resources for the addition of improvement projects to the global CX project plan. Review and clarify functional analyses with global configuration and development teams. Coordinate testing of system changes and new functionalities in test and production environments. Coordinate the creation of instructions for using new functionalities or improvements in the system. Coordinate training of the ICM Analysts team so that members of this team can provide level 1 support for new functionalities or improvements brought by the project. Maintain Data Integrity Provide support for entering certain categories of data (e.g., sales targets) in the ICM database according to the standards defined by Global ICM Governance. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain a clean and consistent data set. Participate in the creation of global standards regarding the administration of ICM database content. Provide support and guidance to the user community for data cleansing activities. Create and Support the Use of Standard Reports and Analyses Assist in defining requirements for standard reports and analyses. Collaborate with the Analysis and Reports team to generate lists, reports, and standard analyses for both management and application users. Train the user community on how to use and interpret reports. Provide First-Level Support Regarding the Use and Operation of the ICM Application Provide assistance to the user community regarding the implementation and use of the system. Create and maintain good collaborative relationships with global users, ensuring that the services offered by the system align with their business needs. Ensure that applications are used according to global standards. Transfer highly complex issues (level two and three) to the IT support team. Conduct virtual sessions for user training on how to use the application.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management systems or Oracle CX Fusion Applications Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics or similar) or equivalent work experience At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar in working with agile teams on implementing IT solutions Experience in stakeholder management Proficiency in EnglishPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
