We are seeking an Incentive Compensation Change Manager to help lead and land WWIC priorities and initiatives. This role requires a leader who can bring creativity, understand the seller audience, and drive operational change across complex, matrixed environments. As a Change Manager within WWIC, you will be responsible for shaping and executing change strategies that align with business priorities, motivate behavior, foster adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
