SALES INCENTIVE ANALYST

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

Daily, you will support the Business Unit with Territory design. This role involves collecting and interpreting sales data, developing reports, and providing insights to optimize sales incentive structures. Professionals in this role will be responsible for conceptualizing the Sales Incentive Plan, setting targets and sign-off, and performing quarterly Sales Incentive calculations. The Analyst will collaborate with business partners to develop plans and analyze data to understand their needs and ensure that incentive plans are motivating and effective.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Perform the Target Setting Process – work with the Western European countries to support territory design within a defined timeframeCollaborate closely with identified Business Unit representatives nominated by the VP to support and define the right Incentive strategyImplement and lead the operational calculation of Sales Incentives quarterly for Western Europe for a defined Business UnitActing as an independent professional in reporting itemsCollaborate with FP&A for AOP and sign off by the PresidentDevelop analytics to determine sales incentive plan effectivenessIdentify the next-generation process for Incentives moving towards automation/centralization, and standardizationWork with local HR to collaborate with the Work Council (Germany / France) for SIP approvalDeal with different Datasets and Databases – especially SQL–based knowledge and use the technical capabilities to drive Transformation and Optimization in a digitalization environment


QUALIFICATIONS

University degree, Bachelor's or Master's of any related fieldWell-developed presentation and communication skillsExcellent analytical Skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL and Tableau / MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Powerpivot, Powerpoint)Previous incentive analytics experience is a plusFluent English and Polish command / other languages are a plus
