Your Role: Inbound Sales Agent
We’re looking for high-energy, customer-focused professionals to join our inbound sales team. You’ll handle incoming calls from prospective customers who have responded to our marketing. There’s no cold calling—just people who are already interested and need your help. Your role is to listen, guide, and offer the right solutions to help customers live safer, more independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers in a fast-paced sales environmentBuild rapport, assess needs, and recommend appropriate solutions and servicesClearly communicate features, pricing, and benefits to drive conversionsClose sales on the first call whenever possibleHandling objections with professionalism using proven sales techniquesAccurately input orders and customer data into CRM systemsMake follow-up calls for potential customers who didn’t convert initiallyMeet or exceed daily and weekly sales performance metricsCollaborate with peers and supervisors to improve team resultsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Inbound sales experience: at least 1 year in a high-volume sales or call center Sales-driven mindset: Confident, persuasive, results-oriented, and motivated to succeedCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first approachTech-savvy:CRM experience required, Salesforce experience a plusFamiliar with cloud-based tools; Five9 experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft OfficeMultitasking ability: Comfortable navigating multiple systems while actively engaging with callersRemote readiness: Quiet work environmentDependable: Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workloadEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageThe Minimum Internet Requirements to work at Medical Alert are:
