Inbound Sales Manager

What does a successful Inbound Sales Manager do at Pinch Payments(Part of Fiserv)? 

As an Inbound Sales Manager at Pinch, you are accountable for the performance of the inbound pipeline, lead conversion, and refining sales processes across key customer segments. Your role involves managing HubSpot hygiene, following up on campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and repeatable sales approach. 

What You Will Do: 

Pipeline Ownership: Lead and manage the performance of the inbound pipeline to drive efficient lead flow and conversion. 

Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads by engaging with prospects to understand their needs and effectively present solutions. 

HubSpot Hygiene: Maintain data integrity in the HubSpot CRM system by ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, and sales activity monitoring. 

Campaign Follow-Up: Timely follow-up on inbound marketing campaigns to capitalize on lead generation and nurture potential customers. 

Sales Process Refinement: Develop and refine a standardized sales process that caters to and enhances engagement with key customer segments. 

What You Will Need To Have: 

Demonstrated expertise in inbound sales, lead conversion, and pipeline management 

Proficient in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for effective lead tracking and management 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects and customers 

Strategic thinking and analytical abilities for optimizing sales processes and performance 

Collaborative mindset and adaptability to dynamic market conditions 

Experience in sales process refinement and customer segmentation strategies.
