Position Summary:
The supervisor is responsible for managing the labor and equipment of the assigned warehouse department, ensuring timely completion and quality of orders. Your work will align with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and distribution of items from suppliers or production shops. You will manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. The supervisor will train and supervise associates on assigned shifts.
Your Tasks:
Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the department
Supervise and coordinate activities of employees and monitor departmental functions on the floor
Receive and transfer materials
Performance management of all employees (KPIs)
Document, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed
Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department
Monitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements
Update and maintain timekeeping and metrics in business systems, as they relate to WMS reporting
Ensure that shift-end specific department procedures with all systems are completed and floor end-of-shift closeout is followed
New customer integration and migration testing
Load and unload trucks
Understand traffic coordination
Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Follow and maintain 5S Program and guidelines
Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

Your Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks
SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience
3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience
Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills
Computer literacy
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience with inventory research
Team-oriented
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, notably Excel
Ability to operate powered equipment; Forklift, walkie rider, Reach, Picker, and Sit-down.
