CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inbound Call Center Representative candidates in the Covington, GA area. Candidates should have the ability to professionally present complex information in an understandable and concise format. Responsibilities:
Candidates in this position will be the first point of contact for device-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to support client’s needs. Your strong communication and customer service experience will be essential in delivering top-notch service, while your basic device knowledge will allow you to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose device service issues via phone.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to end users concerns, empathizing with their situation, and providing clear and concise solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support requests, including steps taken and resolutions provided, using our ticketing system.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and technical knowledge, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Assist end users in understanding basic IT concepts, such as software installations, password resets, and system configurations.
Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring a high level of service delivery that exceeds expectations.
Desired Background/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical individuals.
Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
A flexible mindset that allows you to adapt to different client needs, technological environments, and changing priorities.

8:30AM – 5PM Monday – Friday during 6-8 week training. After training you will be assigned a 5 day shift between 7:00AM – Midnight including 1 weekend day.br]

Strong written and verbal clerical skills required, must be able to articulate over the phone and type clear notes in system. br]
