**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Telecaller/Inbound BDA** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective business clients via outbound calls, understanding their needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a proactive approach to achieving daily and monthly targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Make outbound calls to potential business clients to pitch products/services and create interest.
+ Understand business needs and challenges to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
+ Schedule appointments and ensure a smooth transition of leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in **Salesforce** or the CRM platform used.
+ Follow up with prospects via phone and email to keep them engaged and informed.
+ Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly KPIs for call volume and lead generation.
+ Share prospect feedback with relevant teams to enhance product offerings and messaging.
+ Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
+ Ensure compliance with approved call scripts, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
+ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes and campaign effectiveness.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of **1 year of telecalling or telesales experience** .
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi** .
+ Strong persuasive and objection-handling skills with a focus on customer engagement.
+ Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
+ Strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
+ **60** successful outbound calls per working day.
+ **3** qualified new leads generated daily.
