Job Description

As an In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker at Villa Haven, you will be the primary point of contact for guests placing in-villa dining orders. You will ensure that all orders are accurately recorded and communicated to the kitchen and delivery teams, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
