Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary** The In Store Expert is responsible for the development, distribution, and execution of point-of-sale materials. There is an expert for each channel, responsible for developing materials for each retail environment. Each environment has a quarterly budget for the production and delivery of these materials, which must be strategically utilized. In Store experts are responsible for planning, developing, distributing, and monitoring the execution of point-of-sale materials, meeting field demands, always in line with company strategies. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** + Understanding and research of retail environments and their opportunities. + Responsible for developing POP materials that boost the sale of company products and help with brand positioning. + Provide materials and tools to merchandisers to ensure the correct execution of company strategies, and ensure it is done. + Support the Consumer Marketing department in the development and execution of POP materials for campaigns and launches. + Frequent participation in meetings with Consumer Marketing and Retail Marketing for defining strategies by retail environment. + Preparation of briefings for POP material suppliers for the development of pieces that meet campaign objectives and field needs. + Daily contact with suppliers to monitor project progress and material quality. + Production of pieces for permanent store negotiations, such as end-cap displays, floor displays, on shelf displays etc. + Management of the budget allocated for each campaign or launch. + Annual planning of material production, and management of the channel budget. + Constant contact and follow-up with the Merchandising Supervisors team to ensure materials are executed correctly. + Merchandising training. + Quarterly preparation and distribution of execution rules for the field, which contain the company's strategies for points of sale (market news, planograms, negotiated points, etc.). + Monthly field visits to stay updated with field innovations, competitor activities, and general market verification (store checks). + Manual monitoring of displays implemented in the field, for major campaigns and categories. **Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements** Basic requirements include: + Bachelor's Degree. + Experience: depends directly on the aspirant's profile. May have experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
