In-Store Communication Executive (Dutch speaking)

Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Based on marketing and retail calendars, the In store Communication Executive oversees the deployment of marketing campaigns at points of sale (POS). They act as the liaison between marketing teams, who produce content and visuals (both print and digital), and agencies responsible for placements (merchandisers).Communication Management: Coordinate communication with sales teams for each campaign, including providing retro planning to marketing teams, briefing merchandising agencies on placements, and reviewing points of purchase (POPs) for compliance.Administrative Support: Create purchase orders (POs) and manage administrative tasks related to projects and departmental needs.POSM Coordination: Based on market needs or specific projects, coordinate the maintenance, placement, and removal of point-of-sale materials (POSM) at retailers through our agencies.Development Support: Assist in the development or adaptation of new POSM (Point of sale material) in collaboration with suppliers and manager.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of data in our systems (ISMS, BI, etc.) and provide support such as creating new articles in these systems when needed.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English.Travel: Weekly travel to HQ in Berchem, Belgium, and regular travel within the Netherlands.
