Job Description & Summary: A career in our Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team, within Deals Transaction Services, can provide you the opportunity to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. As part of the team, you can help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and assessing all the financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions being made.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership, summaries, and other cost-benefit analysis and financial management reports.

Provide data analytics on business metrics to assist Leadership drive business decisions, reviews, and regular operations.Publish Financial Results to Leadership, flagging key control items. Equip Leadership to represent Key Financials for the practice with insightful information.Publish P&L for SSL’s covering all metrics like, Revenue, direct cost, Gross Profit, Contribution, Working Capital (both WIP and Debtors), Overheads and utilization. Lead Financial Planning and Periodic Forecasting process, being accountable for the same.Lead resource management for a Service line, managing resource key skill database to efficiently align and utilize them. Impart Financial trainings to the business teams and enhance their understanding to manage their projects efficiently. Ensuring timely updates of various billing and collection related reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Constant dialogue with Engagement teams to ensure targets are met and maintain the lock-up low.Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecast and handling various management reports.  ● Ensuring smooth monthly/quarterly/Annual closing and management reporting.
