Job Description & Summary:
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Responsibilities:
As a part of PwC’s ServiceNow Product Management team, this role is responsible for driving design, development and enhancement of the global instance of the ServiceNow platform. Product managers ensure business objectives align with baseline configured ServiceNow product capabilities avoiding customization and technical debt. This role will be focused on the processes integrated with, or aligned to, the business application and application lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders, this role will deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
You will partner with stakeholders to implement ServiceNow offerings. You will stay up to date with the latest product features and capabilities, and industry best practices. You will design solutions that align business requirements with baseline product capabilities to deliver business outcomes and value.
You will manage the product roadmap(s) and contribute to the strategy for offering new features and products to customers You will collaborate with a globally inclusive cross-functional team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications You will act as a subject matter expert on one or more ServiceNow products and the value they offer to the network of firms You will provide guidance and support to development teams and customers aligning requirements to baseline product usage, minimizing customization As a part of the broader global technology organization, you will solve problems and build trust through solutions that advance PwC strategies. Helping to execute on PwC strategies; including driving service maturity efforts promoting value, stakeholder management, driving adoption and onboarding, implementing service and process enhancements.Supporting stakeholders and customers through product releases and platform upgrades.Developing and sustaining effective business relationships at all levels of the firm and across territories; coordinating and collaborating with a diverse global team to achieve outcomes.Aligning with product support including knowledge sharing and maturation of product support model.Collaborating with external partners, third party suppliers, and internal teams as needed to properly develop and maintain owned product(s);Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes.Driving continuous improvement and identifying best practices methodologies by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function measures.Mandatory skill sets:
Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leaderExtensive product knowledge for all capabilities within the desired ServiceNow product(s)Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with impact and confidence.Resolving conflicts constructively.Using analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve service performance, customer experience and communicate product value.Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementer, product manager, solution architect, or technical architect Product management and solution design expertise and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as product feature demonstration skills Experience with processes: demand management, agile delivery, business process consulting Business acumen and understanding of a global network of firms operating modelPreferred skill sets:
Excellent communication and presentation skills Software development life cycle, project delivery, and agile development experience Business process design experience a plus Preference for fast-paced environment managing multiple prioritiesYears of experience required:
