As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: SAC Planning Implementation · Design and implement SAC Planning models including financial planning, workforce planning, and operational forecasting. · Configure data models, dimensions, hierarchies, and planning versions. · Develop input forms, stories, dashboards, and value driver trees for planning scenarios. Integration & Data Connectivity · Integrate SAC Planning with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other data sources using live and import connections. · Configure data actions, allocations, and predictive forecasting models. · Support real-time data synchronization and planning workflows. Process Optimization · Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into SAC solutions. · Optimize planning processes using SAC features like predictive analytics, smart insights, and collaborative planning. Reporting & Visualization · Develop interactive dashboards and reports for financial and operational planning. · Enable self-service analytics and planning capabilities for business users. Documentation & Training · Prepare functional and technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and user guides. · Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and planning teams. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field. · 5–10 years of experience in planning and analytics, with at least 2–3 years in SAP SAC Planning. · Strong knowledge of: · SAC Planning models and data actions · Forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning · Integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA · SAC scripting (Advanced Formulas) · Experience with SAC Story building, Smart Predict, and Collaboration features. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. --- Preferred Qualifications: · SAP SAC Planning certification. · Experience with SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation). · Exposure to predictive planning and machine learning models in SAC. · Knowledge of financial planning processes (FP&A), workforce planning, or supply chain planning. · Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, pharma, or utilities.
