*Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Implement and configure SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
Customize SAP HR solutions to meet business requirements and improve HR processes.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.
Work closely with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Conduct regular system audits and data validation to maintain system accuracy.
Project Management:
Lead and participate in SAP HR projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and process improvements.
Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver training programs for HR system users.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HR processes, configurations, and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest SAP HR enhancements and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Communicate effectively with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on system performance and project status.
*Mandatory skill sets
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP HR module implementation and support.
Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting SAP HR functionalities

Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.
Needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
