Job Position Title:

Responsibilities: 

 

Strong experience on planning and designing Microsoft 365 strategies ensuring data security and minimal downtime  

Must have experience on performing M365 Migrations 

Experience on performing the Readiness Assessments to identify potential risks and issues, Building the Communication, Configuration and Training Plans and recommend mitigation strategies.   

Possess advance level Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues occur during implementation and Migrations  

Should be experience in providing IT Staff and end user training on Microsoft 365 workloads  

Must have Experience using migration tools like BitTitan, Sharegate etc 

Work with project managers, clients, and technical teams to define project requirements and timelines  

Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint security, and collaboration tools. 

Strong Experience on Implementing and configuring E5 Solutions including but not limited to MS Purview, MS Priva, Compliance management, retention, Information Protection and Governance 

Must have Experience on Co-pilot for M365, Co-pilot deployment, Co-pilot security, Co-pilot extensibility etc. 

Strong Experience on Implementing Enterprise Mobility and Security solutions 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

Must have experience on configuring Microsoft 365 workloads such as but not limited to Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business etc.  

Must have Experience in implementing Security and Compliance around Microsoft 365 workloads like but not limited to DLP, Information Protection, Retention, Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance etc.  

Hands-on experience with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) components, including Intune, Microsoft Entra and Conditional Access Policies. 

Expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 E5 features (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Compliance Solutions, Cloud App Security). 

Must have Experience in configuring Microsoft Entra workloads  

Must have Experience on conducting the Art of possible Demo’s and creation of Documentation like BRD, Assessment and Planning.  

Must have working experience on configuring Intune for both BYOD and COD devices  

Must have Experience on managing Active Directory services such as ADDS, Windows Server, AAD Connect and other solutions.  

Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint security, and collaboration tools. 

Microsoft 365 Purview and Priva 

Hands on experience in Implementation of Intune MDM and MAM Polices 

Strong knowledge and experience in the below areas:  

M365 Tenant Configurations   

Microsoft 365 E5 features implementation  

Hands on experience in enrolment of devices in Microsoft Intune   

Identity Management  

Third party Migration tools such as BitTitan, Sharegate, SPMT etc.  

Preferred skill sets: 

 

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting  

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Years of experience required: 

 

 4 + years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365, EMS, and E5 solutions. 

Education qualification: 

 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology 

Microsoft 365 Certifications: Enterprise Administrator Expert
