Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team, specializing in the development and implementation of digitized solutions in the power sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCADA systems, Distribution Management Systems (DMS), and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), with a focus on real-time monitoring and control of electrical networks. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the implementation and integration of SCADA systems within electrical networks, ensuring seamless real-time monitoring and control. · Manage and enhance Distribution Management Systems (DMS) to improve grid reliability and efficiency. · Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop user-friendly solutions and work on new RFP and Projects · Conduct business analysis and create user stories to guide development teams. · Maintain agile frameworks for continuous improvement, including product backlog management and sprint planning. · Develop and test REST APIs and Streaming APIs for effective data management in Meter Data Management (MDM) systems. · Configure and schedule meter data collection intervals according to customer requirements and protocols. · Prepare functional documents and user manuals to facilitate smooth client operations.

· Analyze regulatory changes and ensure compliance with the latest power sector regulations. · Conduct risk analysis, defect tracking, and test execution for functional testing. · Identify and log bugs during testing phases and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. · Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in the power sector, with expertise in SCADA, DMS, AMI, and MDM systems. · Strong knowledge of IEC 104, IEC 61850 protocols, and DLMS, IS 15959 protocols. · Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps. · Excellent business analysis and project management skills. · Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing. · Certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master are a plus.
