In Oracle finance at PwC, you will specialise in using and managing the Oracle Financials software. Oracle Financials is an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system.

Job Description & Summary

A career within PwC's Oracle Services Practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance.

*Responsibilities:        

Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements. Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools. Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes. Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.Modules: Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning

*Preferred skill sets 

  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.  Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.

4-7 Yrs experience

BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs
