Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team at the engineer level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automation testing technologies and methodologies, along with the ability to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications across the organization. As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading automation testing projects, ensuring the integrity and performance of our software products.

Job Position Title: Senior Associate–QA Automation Specialist – Risk Analytics– Bangalore

Responsibilities:

· Test Automation Design & Development: Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency across the organization.

· End-to-End Testing: Lead the execution of automated test cases from test planning to reporting, leveraging industry best practices to drive quality initiatives.

· Tool Integration & Deployment: Integrate and deploy automation tools and services, ensuring compliance with testing standards and protocols.

· Quality Management: Manage test data and environments, ensuring accurate and secure testing across various platforms.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business units, to understand testing requirements and develop effective solutions.

· Optimization: Optimize testing processes to improve performance and reduce risks, utilizing advanced testing tools and techniques.

· Documentation & Reporting: Document test plans, development processes, and technical specifications; provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Requirements:

· Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

· Programming Languages: Proficient in scripting languages such as Java or Python for automation and integration tasks.

· Testing Technologies: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, especially those related to automated testing and quality assurance.

· Database Management: Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and management.

· Data Visualization (if necessary): Basic knowledge of testing dashboards and reporting tools.

· Cloud Understanding: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus, enabling secure integration or migration tasks.

Years of Experience required: 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing and quality assurance.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) or Master’s degree (M.Tech, MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. A background in the Finance domain is preferred.
