Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. As the In-Room Dining Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the in-room dining service to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all aspects of in-room dining, including order taking, preparation, delivery, and clearance.
Lead and support a team of in-room dining attendants and ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate associates to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury or high-standard environment.
Monitor guest preferences and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Ensure proper presentation of trays, trolleys, and amenities according to brand standards.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock levels for the department.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in a hotel or luxury service environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
