Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role:

The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking guest in room dining orders from guests, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with Four Seasons standards

What you will do:

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon their call, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience

Accurately take guest in room dining, ensuring to note any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies

Operate the computer system for order taking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reports

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Organize and coordinate the delivery of orders to guest rooms, ensuring that they arrive promptly and meet presentation standards. Monitor the timing of each order to ensure freshness

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the in room dining area, including dining equipment and utensils. Ensure that all items are properly stocked and ready for use

Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and menu ingredients

Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately

Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

What you bring:

A minimum of a high school or equivalent education

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple orders and requests simultaneously without compromising service quality.

Familiarity with POS systems and software applications for order processing and reporting

Strong leadership and team management skills
