**Qualifications:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Guest Service Excellence:
Receive and process guest orders via telephone, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
· Leadership Support:
Oversee daily in-room dining operations in the absence of the Senior Lead, maintaining service quality and team coordination.
· Amenity Coordination:
Collaborate with the Senior Lead and Amenity Champions to manage the ordering, preparation, and delivery of guest amenities.
· Team Development:
Coach, train, and mentor team members in alignment with Hyatt’s service standards to foster growth and excellence.
· Guest Relations:
Proactively address guest feedback and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and personalized service recovery when needed.
· Operational Planning:
Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
· Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain par stock levels for in-room dining and fridge supplies. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders as needed.
· Cross-Department Collaboration:
Represent the in-room dining team in weekly F&B meetings during the Senior Lead’s absence.
· Training & Innovation:
Design and implement new training programs to enhance service delivery and drive business performance.
· Issue Resolution:
Handle guest concerns and provide thoughtful solutions in the absence of the Senior Lead.
· Team Culture:
Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment. Provide constructive feedback and disciplinary action when necessary.
· Digital Operations:
Support the Senior Lead in maintaining and updating the hyattaruba.idaypass.com platform to ensure seamless guest experiences.
