Organize and conduct Interview of Temporary and Trainees in coordination with Value stream representatives

Management and Administration of temporary workforce covering employee life cycle in collaboration with HR-shared services, Coordinating with value streams for deployment of temporary workforce.

Qualifications

MSW/ MBA in HR with

3-5 years of experience in HR/IR domain, worked as ER BP by supporting businessExperience in Industrial Relations MattersHands on Experience in recruitment process especially blue collar employees
