Job DescriptionA. CAPEX planning: The purpose of this position is to plan, co-ordination and allocation of capital budget for investment projects which assist in achieving plant's operational and strategic goals and Managing the process of scrapping / disposal of MAEs that are no longer useful, operational, or economically viable for the plant.
Investment Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead plants to identify and align capital investment requirements. Evaluate the potential benefits and risks, ROI and feasibility of various investments, Re-use MAE with the aim to estimate the budget requirements.Capital budget coordination: Co-ordinate with Central functions (BU, MFC etc..) and Lead Plants for release of budget. Allocate the budget for investment projects in the plant. Ensure that capital projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards and guidelines.Reporting: Track Investment KPIs and generate regular status reports and updates to stakeholders for ensuring realization of allocated budgetReuse machines coordination: Communicate with stakeholders for MAE check, coordinate with central departments for MAE scrap/reuse and ARM process, maintain MAE data in central database, and regularly review for MAE re-use to ensure that the assists are managed throughout the lifecycle from commissioning to disposal.B. Space planning: The purpose of this position is to analyze, optimize, design and allocate space for MAEs, offices, warehouse, utilities etc. to maximize space utilization, minimize material handling, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Space planning & design: Plan and design spaces with consideration for production processes, safety regulations, equipment placement, material flow, ergonomics, regulations, sustainability and future expansions.Space allocation: Analyse space utilization data, including occupancy rates and usage patterns. Allocate space to departments based on their needs, ensuring effective operations.Projects: Manage projects related to space planning, including renovations, relocations, and new construction, and to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget complying to relevant standards. Prepare LTPM documents, obtain clearances, process ARMQualifications- B.Tech./B.E. (Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Automobile),
