Statutory Compliance: Organize & file high quality Goods & Service tax returns within timeline to meet statutory compliance
Indirect tax operation processes: Adapt standard tax operational processes and suggest improvements in existing tax processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Risk Management: Determine & avail optimum input tax credits for the company to leverage free cash flow & avoid loss
Audit Management: Participate in internal & external audits & inspections, prepare and compile audit documents including personal representation before the auditors to meet statutory compliance.
Business Enablement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to check and validate business cases for effective discharge of compliance function and digitalization projects
Competence Management: Participate in acquiring tax competencies and stay abreast with latest legislative changes for effective tax compliance
QualificationsThe Candidate should preferably be a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. However, a candidate with CA (Intermediate) or CMA (Intermediate) or MBA Finance or M. Com with adequate knowledge along with relevant experience may also be considered for the position
