Job Description- Group Lead to perform Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Predictive maintenance of SMT machines
- Responsible for Technical Availability, MTTR, MTBF,Spares and IDC/ scrap reduction, MoC , Repair and Maintenance cost
- Delivering KPIs by Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers, technicians & trainees to achieve Organization goals.
- Monitoring implementation of EHS guidelines, monitoring strict usage of PPE's.
BE with 12 year / Diploma with 18 Years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry
Additional InformationIn-depth knowledge of product and SMT manufacturing processes
Experience in SMT machines programming and Maintenance
Basic financial and administrative knowledge
