As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are: + Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service. + Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries and updating customer account information. + Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issues. + Entering data from new sales material as well as customer terminations and service changes + Maintaining sales spreadsheets and pdf files related to the sales activities + Analyzing account activity and suggesting opportunities for service improvements to the customer with a consultative approach + Maintaining appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls **What We Need From You:** + 2-3 years of customer service/office admin experience + High-volume call center or inbound calling experience + Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails + Excellent time management and prioritization skills + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX an asset + Strong written and oral communication skills + Critical and logical thinking skills **What You’ll Get From Us:** + Competitive Wages: $50-60k annually + Retirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your future + Benefits; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
