As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Job Description & Summary

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities:

Project & Service Management (AMS Focus)

· Manage day-to-day AMS operations including incident, problem, change, and release management.

· Ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement.

· Coordinate with client stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and support requests.

· Lead governance meetings and provide performance reporting.

· Oversee root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership

· Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business processes and AMS constraints.

· Lead functional analysis and solutioning across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, HCM).

· Define integration strategies with third-party systems and cloud platforms.

· Review and approve functional specifications and configuration changes.

· Guide offshore/onshore teams in implementing best practices and reusable components.
