Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Conga BA
Responsibilities:
5+ years’ experienceStrong & Seasoned in exploring and drafting/translating Salesforce Business use cases, automation, configuration and customisationNon-IST Cross-work/hours may be expected working with partnering teams across time zonesQuick Learner & Can work in fast pace environment3+ years’ experience with Salesforce and integrationMandatory skill sets:
Analyse complex business problemsTechno-functional and provide techno functional solutionsStrong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architect, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers + other stakeholdersTranslates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarityBoth functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areasPlans and manages small to large size projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work more than 1 project at a timePartner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiativesAgile/PI PlanningCan do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upper-level managementAbility to ‘think outside the box’Ability to break down scope, features, capabilities into smaller chunksDrive the planning, prioritisation, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to deliver a solution and a plan.Participate in the go-to-market and launch processes (Concept-to-Delivery) – Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing -SIT,UAT/Production Readiness/Go-LiveLeverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted techno-functional advisor for business usersCPQ & CLM techno functional KnowledgePreferred skill sets:
